US Defense supply chains operate through outdated technology and inefficient, labor-intensive workflows. We are fixing it.
SalesPatriot is building the AI-native command center to eliminate the manual bottlenecks that slow down defense supply chains. From F-35 bearings to Blackhawk rotor hubs, we’re helping distributors and manufacturers quote faster, win more, and deliver the parts that keep NATO safe.

Mercenary-Grade Pay: $6 500 – $8 500/mo (B2B), increasing upon SF relocation. Top-of-market compensation for top 1% talent.

Base of Operations: Start in Warsaw, then relocate to San Francisco (HQ) after ~4 months.

🎯 What You'll Build
You will join the Core Team as a Full Stack Engineer. This is a hands-on engineering role where you carve out your own area of ownership.
- See Your Code in Action: You’re building software that runs on the factory floor. You may occasionally visit defense manufacturers in the US to see the real-world impact of your work.
- Iterate fast: We deploy daily. You will own complete features. This includes everything from the Postgres database schema to UI components. Then, you’ll deliver them straight to users who need them ASAP.
- Make ERPs Speak the Same Language: Defense manufacturers run on legacy ERPs. You’ll build AI pipelines that pull quoting data from emails and land it cleanly in any of them.
🪖 What You Bring
We are not looking for a corporate senior dev with 10 years of experience in managing Jira tickets. We are looking for a young, obsessed builder (likely with a history of freelancing or side-projects) who wants to win.
The Lifestyle (Non-Negotiable):
- Hacker House: You are ready to live and work in a “hacker house” environment (first in Poland, then in SF).
- Relocation: You must be ready to relocate to San Francisco within ~4 months.
- Intensity: This is a pre-Series A sprint. Expect 12-14-hour days, 7 days a week. We are trading sleep for equity and speed.
The Stack:
You are fluent in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Frontend: We use Svelte / SvelteKit. It’s enough if you know React.
- Backend: Deep understanding of backend performance (Queues/Trigger.dev).
- AI Native Workflow: You don’t just code; you accelerate yourself with Cursor/Claude and understand how to iterate at “AI speed.”
- Builder DNA: A GitHub profile full of side projects is worth more to us than a degree.
Also nice:
- SQL & Caching Know-How: Experience with SQL Query Optimization and Caching strategies (Redis) is a plus. We run a 500GB+ Supabase (Postgres) instance and value engineers who can write performant queries.
